Start a Product Evaluation

Current glove evaluation: send the glove you run today.

Tell us the glove in service, where it fails and what it has to survive. The review returns the construction reading, the failure point, the performance target and the sample route, with the evidence status named for the configuration.

  • B2B only
  • Reviewed within 1 China business day
  • NDA before drawings

Scope

A structured review of a glove, not a certificate.

A project starts with the glove you run now. The review is an engineering reading of that glove and its evidence, and it is not a lab report, not a certificate, and not a substitute for testing.

What it is

An engineering review of your glove.

  • A construction review: liner, coating, TPR layout, bonding and reinforcement.
  • The failure point we can see in the glove, and the photos you send.
  • A performance target for the positions it has to hold, and the sample route.

What it is not

Not a report, not a certificate, not a quote.

  • Not a lab report. We do not issue test results for a glove we did not build and test.
  • Not a level applied to a configuration nobody has tested.
  • Not a route around an NDA: the drawings follow the agreement.

Output

What comes back, and in what order.

Four things, in this order.

01

Construction review

Liner gauge, coating, TPR segmentation, the bond line, the reinforcement. Most field failures are decided here.

02

The failure point

Where the glove gives up first: pads lifting, glue sitting proud, wear at the palm or thumb crotch.

03

Performance target

What the application needs — impact, cut, grip in oil or water — set as a target, not a copied level.

04

Sample route

The configuration we recommend, the MOQ route it falls in, and how it reaches your hand.

The brief

Four parts, and each one changes an answer.

Short on purpose: every part moves a decision on our side.

1 · About your project

The job, not the product name.

Project path, buyer type, industry and the problem in your own words. This decides the route and who reviews it.

2 · Commercial fit

Volume and market set the route.

Volume, market, timing and priority. Three thousand pairs into a distributor and thirty thousand into a mine site are answered differently.

3 · The glove and the requirement

The glove you run today.

Brand and model, supplier, impact and cut targets, coating, reinforcement and private-label scope.

4 · Contact

One working channel is enough.

Name, company, country, work email and how you prefer to be reached.

Review time

One China business day, for a qualified B2B project.

The brief lands on the desk that answers for the product. Leave the glove, the failure or the volume out and the reply can only ask for them.

What makes a reply fast

  • The current brand and model, named.
  • A photo of the position that fails, in the state it fails in.
  • Shift conditions: oily, wet, hot, abrasive, gloves changed once a shift.
  • Annual volume in pairs, and the market it ships to.

Confidentiality

Your glove, your drawings, your market.

Held under NDA

Nothing you send travels.

Drawings, photos, samples and the specification behind them are held under NDA. Ask for the standard NDA before a drawing goes out; it comes back with the first reply. Nothing you send becomes a public reference without written agreement.

Limits

What this review cannot tell you.

An evaluation reads a glove and the information around it. It is not a test and it creates no evidence.

  • Where a claim needs a test, the reply names the test and the configuration that would carry it; until that report exists, the record says not verified.
  • A level is evidence only for the product code and revision it was run on, and we claim none we cannot show.
  • A target price is design input, not a ceiling: either it fits the construction the application needs, or the two are reconciled in writing.
  • Where the brief supports no conclusion, the reply names the parts that are hypotheses, and what would settle them.

Submit the brief

Send the glove, the failure and the volume.

Four steps, about five minutes. A photo or a datasheet is optional on the first submission.

Start here

The product brief.

The project, the commercial frame, the glove and one working contact.

1 · About your project

Mining, oil & gas, metal fabrication, rigging, assembly — wherever the glove works.

2 · Commercial fit

3 · The glove and the requirement

The glove you run today, if one is in service.

Optional. State the currency and the basis (per pair, FOB, landed).

The application, the failure mode, the positions it has to hold and anything already tried.

Optional on the first submission. PDF, photo, spreadsheet or drawing; up to 8 MB.

4 · Contact

At least one working contact channel.

A person reads this desk, not a queue. Nothing you send is published without written agreement.

Stratagrip Safety is the impact-glove brand of PTB Company — contracts, invoices and export documents are issued under PTB. Drawings, photos and samples you send are held under NDA.

The evaluation answers what is wrong and what to build instead. The replacement path sets out how a change runs: sample, approval, first order, repeat.
