A brand that sells under its own name
You have a catalogue and a customer base, and the impact position in it is currently filled by someone else's brand. Private label puts a model you control into that space.
Projects
Your brand on the glove, your artwork on the packaging, and a configuration that repeats exactly on the second order. This path is light customisation on a platform that already exists: logo, colour, packaging and a validated coating variant — inside a boundary we state before the first sample, because a boundary that appears later costs both of us time.
The trigger
An own-brand glove is a decision about margin and about responsibility at the same time: the name on the label answers for the glove.
You have a catalogue and a customer base, and the impact position in it is currently filled by someone else's brand. Private label puts a model you control into that space.
Distributors, MRO groups and safety suppliers buy against an internal label. Repetition matters more there than novelty: the third delivery has to behave like the first one did.
The model sells and the source behind it has become fragile — ageing tooling, drifting quality, a supplier who no longer prioritises the line. The configuration has to survive the move intact.
A third-party model sells well and leaves little behind. Private label changes what the SKU earns and what it obliges you to answer for, and both sides are settled in writing.
What we need
The standard NDA is available before any artwork, drawing or range plan travels; what you send is held under it and is never shown to another customer.

The boundary
After you submit
For a qualified project, the first human read happens inside one China business day. A private-label route then follows a fixed order, because artwork approval only means something once the configuration under it has stopped moving.
01
The platform, its revision and the changes your brand needs are written down together: what may change, what may not, and what the minimum and the production window are as a result.
02
A sample carrying the colour and the variant, usually one to two weeks to prepare. It is approved against the written lock, so a later remark about fit or colour has something concrete to point at.
03
Packaging and label artwork is settled before production, in the market's own language. A change made after approval is re-evaluated for time and cost, because it lands after the material is bought.
04
Custom production runs about 50–60 days. Production complete is not release: a consignment leaves against QA, the required tests, the quantity, the packaging and the documents.
05
Reorders are produced against the approved revision and carry their batch and size codes, which is what keeps a house brand consistent across sites and across years.

Commercial frame
Light customisation carries a higher minimum than a plain mature order, because colour, artwork and packaging are work done before the first pair is produced. Every figure below is confirmed in writing with the quotation rather than left to the sample.
Evidence and limits
A private-label glove is bought on a printed level and a printed size range. Under your brand those come from our configuration and its revision, and that chain is what we answer for.
A test result covers the exact configuration it was run on, down to the revision and the size range sold. A logo, a colour or a change of packaging does not touch that. A coating variant does, because it can change performance.
So a customisation is reviewed before an earlier result or a level is printed on your pack, and the review is recorded rather than assumed. Where no report exists for the configuration, the record says Not Verified and the SKU sheet states it.
Each configuration carries its own label — Field Verified, Lab Verified, or Not Verified where no report exists — and certification positions are answered for that configuration and the market you sell into. We do not issue a brand-wide certification statement, and we do not lend you another customer's report.
Honest limits
It is not a design agency. The configuration, the label position and the packing specification are agreed here; brand identity, photography and catalogue design are yours or your agency's.
It is not a way to own a unique glove at 1,000 pairs. A model built around a new TPR geometry or a new liner is a development project, and it is quoted on that basis.
It is not white-labelling someone else's product. The glove is produced on our platform against our revision, or it is developed for you — nothing is relabelled from a third party.
It is not stock and it is not a retail channel: production is against order, and we work B2B only.
Published accounts of own-brand projects. Each record states how far its evidence goes, and an account that was never cleared for naming stays anonymised or stays unpublished.
A European PPE brand owner moved from reselling mature third-party models to a glove of its own, built on a dedicated TPR mould. Anonymised…
Send the position it has to fill, your brand assets and the volume you can commit over the first two orders. The boundary and the minimum come back in the same reply.
Start the own-brand brief
Four short steps. Attach your logo guidance or existing artwork if it is ready; if it is not, the configuration is still worked out in parallel.
